Teen flips porta-potty with mother and daughter inside after argument: police
MANCHESTER, N.H. (WKRC) — A teen trapped a mother and daughter inside a porta-potty after an argument by pushing it over onto the hard pavement, according to authorities.
Aiden Studer, 18, faces multiple charges after allegedly tipping over a portable toilet while a mother and her 4-year-old daughter were still inside on May 8.
The Manchester Police Department in New Hampshire said Studer pushed the portable toilet over after getting into an argument with the mother.
The mother then entered the porta-potty to assist her daughter, at which point Studer pushed it from behind, according to the report. The toilet fell forward and crushed the door against the pavement, trapping the mother and daughter inside. Luckily, bystanders rushed over and stood the toilet back up to free the pair.
"The pair reported being covered in feces and bodily fluids," police added.
Neither the mother nor daughter were hurt, and it appears the victim and suspect did not know each other before the interaction.
Studer has been charged with two counts of criminal restraint and criminal mischief, as well as simple assault (on a police officer) for throwing something at one of the responding officers.
